The Witch's Wild Shopping Spree : By Rich Bertram
My cauldron cracked, my broom's a mess, My spell went sideways (what a stress!), So off I flew, my cape a-flop, To scour the local metaphysical shop.
I skidded in on smoking heels, My black cat yelling frantic squeals, "We need," I gasped, "and don't ask why A fresh batch of witchcraft supplies!"
The clerk just grinned, "Oh, welcome more! You've found the finest spiritual store. We've herbs and charms and things that hum, And pagan supplies for everyone!"
I grabbed a basket, filled it high, With Wiccan supplies stacked to the sky. A frog leapt out, a candle rolled Then occult supplies turned my fingers cold!
The crystals and stones began to glow, They buzzed and giggled, row by row. One amethyst hopped in my hood And whispered, "Buy me! Yes, you should!"
I tripped, I twirled, I dropped my broom Amid the mystic, magic gloom. My ritual tools clanged loud and bright A wand, a chalice, sparks of light! The altar supplies flew off the shelf, (That salt bowl has a mind itself!)
The incense sneezed, the sage went POOF, A raven laughed up near the roof. I paid with coins and dragon scales, Plus one enchanted fingernail.
"For friends," I said, "I'll bring the best Some spiritual gifts, then home to rest!" So now my cauldron's fixed once more, Thanks to that lovely little store.
My cat's asleep, my spells behave... Well mostly. (One turned green today.) If chaos calls and stars align, And nothing in your life feels fine, Just grab your broom, don't overthink And shop before your potions stink!
