But what if your items have already shipped? Well, you may still qualify for a refund if a few conditions are met:
(1) It's been less than 30 days since you received your package
(2) Your purchase remains unused and in its original condition
(3) The item is still in its original packaging (unfortunately, open items cannot be returned)
If all of these conditions are true, you can contact us by email and receive a refund authorization. Remember, without this prior authorization, we won't be able to issue a refund - so don't forget to reach out before sending anything back to us.
Once you receive a Return Authorization, simply pack and ship your items back to Tri-Moon Bazaar. Please note that the shipping and shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility - we want to make sure you're aware of that.
Oh, and one more thing - please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We're here to take care of everything for you!

At this time, we don't process exchanges. However, if you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we've got you covered. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we'll provide you with a gift credit for the value of your return. You can use this credit to purchase another magical item from our website. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we'll issue a refund to the generous gift giver instead.
